What does SMY Travel Teck actually do?
We’re a full-service travel planning company. We handle air ticketing, hotel reservations, visa processing, travel insurance, honeymoon packages, custom itineraries, group getaways, and corporate travel — plus on-the-ground support once you’ve landed. Think of us as your one point of contact for everything travel-related.
Do I need to know exactly where I want to go before I contact you?
Not at all. Some clients come to us with a specific destination in mind; others just know they want a beach trip, a city escape, or a relaxing week away and need help figuring out where. Either way, tell us your budget and your vibe, and we’ll take it from there.
Is it more expensive to book through a travel agency than doing it myself?
Not necessarily. Because we work with flights, hotels, and partners regularly, we often find rates and packages that aren’t easy to find on your own. More importantly, we save you the hours of comparing options — and we catch the “gotchas” (bad layovers, misleading hotel photos, hidden fees) before they become your problem.
How far in advance should I book my trip?
It depends on the type of trip, but generally we recommend starting 6–8 weeks ahead for international travel, especially if a visa is involved. For domestic or last-minute trips, we can often move much faster — just reach out and we’ll let you know what’s realistic.
Do you only handle international travel, or domestic trips too?

How do you choose which hotels to recommend?
We don’t just rely on online reviews. Wherever possible, we vet properties ourselves or through trusted local partners, so what we recommend reflects the real experience — not just polished photos.
